Surfraider Solutions developed two applications.

Aim: Designed & developed a lease billing system which tracks lease payments, client payments, outstanding balances and   produces numerous reports, including yearly/Quarterly statements.

Technology:  Visual Basic 6, SQL Server (MSDE), Stored Procedures, DTS, VB Data Reports, SQL Server Enterprise Manager, SQL Query Analyzer, Access

Developed Front Office system to produce yearly/quarterly lease service charge statements.

The System stores data about clients, lease, properties, blocks and payments using a SQL Server database.
